By accessing a CloudStell.dev staging environment or engaging CloudStell for services, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for yourself or the organisation you represent.
Services and scope
CloudStell.dev provides digital product engineering, hosting coordination, staging infrastructure, technical consultation, and related delivery services. The exact scope, deliverables, fees, milestones, and acceptance criteria for a project are defined in the applicable proposal, statement of work, order, or written agreement.
These terms apply to the CloudStell.dev platform and its staging gateway unless a signed project agreement expressly replaces a provision. If documents conflict, the signed project agreement controls for that project.
Client sandbox and staging use
Staging environments are isolated preview spaces for authorised testing, review, integration checks, and feedback. They are not production systems and must not be used as the sole system of record, public distribution channel, payment processor, or long-term archive.
Authorised access
Keep credentials private and grant access only to approved project participants.
Testing only
Expect builds, data, URLs, and integrations to change as development continues.
No abuse
Do not probe, disrupt, scrape, reverse engineer, or use a sandbox for unlawful activity.
User responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of materials, instructions, credentials, personal data, and third-party services supplied to CloudStell. You must maintain appropriate backups, use strong access controls, promptly report suspected compromise, and ensure that your team follows these terms.
- Do not upload malware, unlawful content, or material that infringes another person’s rights.
- Do not bypass authentication, share passcodes publicly, or attempt to access another tenant.
- Obtain all permissions required for data, branding, software, and integrations you provide.
- Review staging output and communicate defects or approval decisions within the agreed review window.
Service levels and changes
We aim to provide dependable service and communicate material incidents where practical. Staging availability, performance, and data persistence are not guaranteed unless a separate written service level agreement says otherwise. Planned maintenance, provider outages, security measures, force majeure, and changes required to protect the platform may affect availability.
We may update, suspend, resize, relocate, or retire a sandbox when a project ends, a tenant is inactive, a security risk exists, or infrastructure changes require it. We will use reasonable notice where circumstances allow.
Fees, warranties, and liability
Fees and payment timing are governed by the applicable project agreement. Unless expressly stated otherwise, services are provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis. We do not warrant that every preview build will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every environment.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CloudStell is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages, or for loss caused by your instructions, third-party services, unauthorised access resulting from your failure to protect credentials, or reliance on an unapproved staging build. Our aggregate liability for a claim relating to a service is limited to the fees paid for that service during the six months before the event giving rise to the claim, subject to applicable law.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend access where necessary to protect the platform, investigate abuse, address non-payment, or comply with law. Either party may end a project according to its written agreement. On termination, access may be removed and staging content may be deleted after a reasonable transition period. Provisions concerning confidentiality, intellectual property, payment, liability, and disputes survive termination.
